It was the year 1997 when Jimmy auditioned for the first time for Saturday Night Live. However, he was unsuccessful and was not selected. His second audition was for SNL whose creator was Laurens Michaels. Jimmy did well in his audition and made Michaels laugh by performing “Celebrity-Walk-a-Thon ” with impressions of well known comedians including Chris Rock and Jerry Seinfeld. For the season of 1998-99, SNL hired Fallon as a cast member and a featured impressionist. Next was the “Barry Gibbs Talk Show” in which Fallon was a co-host alongside the famous Justin Timberlake. Jimmy hosted the MTV Video Music Awards in 2002. Jimmy left SNL and went to pursue his acting career, some of which include Ted 2, iCarly, Taxi, Whip it, Family Guy, Fever Pitch, and many more. Jimmy met Nancy Juvonen on the set of Fever Pitch and they started dating soon after that. They got married on 22 December 2007 in a private ceremony at their home in Los Angeles County with only their closest friends present (including Justin Timberlake).
